The current status from the City of Hallandale for Hallandale ArtSquare is as follows:
DESCRIPTION- A mixed use development consisting of 10,264 square feet of retail commercial
use; 358 residential units (132 one bedroom; 209 two bedroom; 17 three bedroom units and 8 live
work units) with height ranging from 3 to 7 stories. The site plan also includes a 2-story parking
STATUS – The major development/ site plan application was approved by the City Commission on
March 18, 2015. Site plan approvals expire on September 18, 2016. The building permit application
has been submitted and is under review.

Hallandale ArtSquare has been approved by the City Commission on March 18, 2015. Hallandale Land Ventures, LLLP will build one 6-story and two 7-story buildings and 90 garden apartments with a total of 358 multi-family units, ground floor retail, public plaza, 8 live-work units and 2-level parking garage.

Hallandale ArtSquare is a new construction project located at 301 to 409 North Federal Highway in Hallandale Beach. Hallandale ArtSquare will include 358 condominiums, 12,755 square feet of retail and commercial space and 328 parking spaces. The condos will consist to 132 single-bedroom, 209 two-bedroom, 17 three-bedroom units and eight work spaces. Hallandale ArtSquare will be built on approx. 7.5 acres and will be a mid-rise condominium.

Hallandale Artsquare is a proposed development for the City Of Hallandale Florida. Hallandale Land Ventures is in the process of developing 358 condos in three buildings, seven stories tall plus commercial space. It will be located at 301 North Federal Highway, Hallandale. Some of the features will be an interior pool, 2 levels of parking, 90 garden apartments. Hallandale ArtSquare will be on 2.7 acres of land.
